LifeServe Blood Center Headquarters

 Salvaged Wood, Crafted Legacy.

For the new LifeServe Blood Center Headquarters in Urbandale, Iowa, sustainability and craftsmanship converged in a remarkable way.

In collaboration with BNIM Architects, we transformed trees salvaged from the jobsite of this state-of-the-art, ground-up facility into a stunning collection of handcrafted furniture that reflects both the mission of LifeServe and the natural beauty of its surroundings.

From Salvaged Trees to Timeless Pieces

Our team meticulously milled, dried, and fabricated the salvaged wood, breathing new life into materials that once stood on-site. The result is a bespoke collection that integrates organic forms with modern design, reinforcing the connection between nature, sustainability, and craftsmanship.

Custom Furnishings Crafted with Purpose

  • 20-Foot Conference Table – A commanding centerpiece that embodies strength and continuity.

  • Sculptural Entry Benches – Thoughtfully designed to welcome guests with warmth and artistry.

  • Side & Coffee Tables – Functional yet elegant pieces that enhance shared spaces.

A Collaboration Rooted in Sustainability

Working closely with BNIM, a firm known for its commitment to innovative and sustainable design, we ensured that every element of the furniture honors both the architecture and the environmental ethos of the project.

By repurposing site-harvested trees, this project stands as a testament to the power of thoughtful reuse and intentional design.

A Legacy in Every Grain

Every knot, grain pattern, and texture tells the story of the site’s transformation, creating a tangible connection between the land and the people who will gather in this space for years to come.

We are proud to have contributed to the LifeServe Blood Center Headquarters, where nature, sustainability, and design come together to create an inspiring environment.
